This case presents cross-appeals from the February 26, 1992 judgment of sentence imposing upon Vincent Fanase a term of imprisonment of three (3) to seven (7) years. Following a jury trial, Fanase was convicted of burglary, receiving stolen property and criminal conspiracy. Also, at sentencing, Fanase pled guilty to two separate offenses and received an additional two (2) to four (4) year concurrent sentence. The Commonwealth appeals from the reinstatement of Fanases appellate rights and Fanase appeals from the denial of his claims under the Post Conviction Relief Act.
